National Board of Apex Malaysia with the delegates approval, pledged RM5000.00 to National President Dexter of Apex Clubs of Philippines during the Port Dickson Convention 2007/08 for the people of ILOILO.Till today, not even a single cent is forwarded and despite the promise to TT RM 2000.00 by our National President 2009/2010 during the Northern Regional Meeting last year in Penang. We need leaders who" WALK THE TALK"
