Dear National Presidents, NIROs & fellow Apexians

A. AGM

Apex Philippines has proposed that the next Apex Global AGM be held in Manila during their convention 24-26 May 2013. Apex Australia, Apex Malaysia & Apex Singapore have expressed support, and I personally am in favor as well. I have not heard from the other associations. So while we can officially confirm the AGM date / venue during our mid-term meeting, for all intents & purposes we will take it that the AGM will be held during Apex Philippines' Convention. If there are any objections, please raise it now.

B. Mid-term Meeting

Some proposed dates & venues:

1. During Apex Malaysia's mid-term on Sat 19th Jan 2013
2. During Apex Bangladesh's annual convention Sat 26th Jan 2013
3. During Apex Singapore's mid-term on Sat 26th Jan 2013
4. In Lombok in mid to late February (no confirmation), with Apex Indonesia

I propose Apex Global's mid-term meeting be held on Sat 19th Jan 2013 in Malaysia during Apex Malaysia's mid-term.

There's a clash on the 26th, and we haven't heard from Apex Indonesia. Also, Malaysia is a central location and probably easier to get to for most Apexians. On a personal note, I will try my best to attend Apex Bangladesh's annual convention even if Apex Global's mid-term meeting is not held there.

NPs/NIROs, please let me know if you concur with my proposal.
